A morning that starts with lightUna mañana que empieza con luz

Morning light on a quiet table

The first minutes of a day are easy to give away. A notification, a headline, someone else's urgency. A lighter morning does not need a new identity. It needs a short order.

Light first. Phone second. One small task before the day starts asking.

Open the room

Before you unlock the screen, open a curtain or step onto the balcony. Daylight tells the body the night is over more clearly than a clock does. Two minutes is enough.

Water, then coffee

A glass of water is not a ritual for its own sake. It is a pause. If you drink coffee, let it come after the water, not instead of breakfast.

One task that finishes

Make the bed, fill the kettle, set out the fruit. Choose something that ends. A finished small thing steadies the hour better than a list of ten.

Ten minutes, not an hour

If the morning is already late, keep the window and the water. Skip the rest. A practice that survives a rushed day is worth more than a perfect one that only happens on Sunday.
